The Beauty of Bone Broth

Hello Everyone! 

I hope you have made plans to stop at Joule Crafted Nutrition for one of the BEST things on the menu!  Yep, there are A LOT of great things on the menu so it might be hard for you to guess which one I am talking about… but today I want to share the virtues of BONE BROTH with you.

I am a big believer in the healing powers of bone broth.  If you have yet to get on board with this hot trend now is the time to head over to Joule for the best Bone Broth in town.  I actually make a pretty mean bone broth myself but Joule's is MAGICAL.

WHY I LOVE BONE BROTH

A few years back I was suffering from some hormonal issues that were affecting the way I assimilated food and were causing my skin to freak out (rosacea) and my hair to fall out!   As you can imagine, I then freaked out and started to research what I could do to FIX myself.

The gelatin in bone broth protects and heals the mucosal lining of the digestive tract and helps aid in the digestion of nutrients which is why it helps a leaky gut. (Leaky gut is a condition affecting the lining of the intestines which overtime untreated can cause digestion issues) This is what I was suffering from 

It helps to reduce joint pain due to the glucosamine in bone broth, which can stimulate the growth of new collagen

Bone broth is very high in the anti-inflammatory amino acids glycine and proline

The broth has a calming effect on our body which helps us have a better night’s sleep and more clarity during the day.
