We are thrilled to welcome you to our Joule Health + Wellness division where we offer nutrition education in many forms!
With Joule Health + Wellness we offer one-on-one nutrition coaching sessions, online meal plans, fully prepared meals for pickup, in-person classes, workshops and educational dinners, and online group support for those who would like more in-depth support with nutrition and lifestyle changes.
Our intention behind Joule Health + Wellness is to help anyone on a specialized diet or on a journey to improve their health navigate their dietary needs and lifestyle changes. We’re here to provide you with support, guidance, and education around wellness, nutrition and therapeutic diet protocols.
Our online Joule Community is an extensive resource guide with content that spans many areas of nutrition, health, and wellness; bringing together the knowledge and expertise of health professionals who share our values and philosophies on food, nutrition, and overall well-being.
MEET OUR NUTRITIONIST.
Marné Minard, a native Oregonian, found the Joule Crafted Nutrition family and immediately felt like she was at home. The passion and dedication she feels for nutrition, health, and wellness is in direct alignment with the intention behind Joule, which makes it a natural fit. She joins the Joule team with a Master of Science in Nutrition from NUNM, a holistic approach to nutrition and health, and a passion for using food as medicine in the prevention and treatment of the common conditions that many people face. She believes fiercely in the power of eating and living seasonally, as well as supporting local and organic farmers & food producers.
Marné is an avid runner, hiker, wild mushroom enthusiast, and foodie. She can be found spending her free time testing out a new recipe in the kitchen or curled up with a good book and cup of tea.
